adidas Originals goes on an Urban Exploration Through Sound for their FW16 NMD Collection

An amalgamation of the past and the present, the exploration of what was and the discovery of what should be. The campaign for the upcoming adidas Originals FW16 NMD Collection is about connecting the future with the past. And to fully encapsulate the collection and campaign, adidas Originals chooses sound to become the bond between the past and the present. It takes on the challenge to express the marriage of the world of sound technology with the world of sound memory. This is why they chose various music icons to represent the new NMD Collection. DJs such as Deuce aka Patty Tiu, DJ Callum and DJ Euric, plus artists Jess Connelly and Curtismith are featured in the lookbook. They symbolize the collection's mantra, "Urban Exploration through Sound".

And in line with this, adidas Philippines is hosting a launch and release event on August 18, 2016 at the Glorietta Activity Center and the opening of the newest adidas Originals concept store in the country, Neighborhood. The release of the new NMD collection is going to start by 11am at the Neighborhood store, while the launch event registration will start earlier at the Activity Center by 10am. The launch event officially starts by 2pm and will ends around 10pm. The event includes performances by their very own FW16 NMD influencers plus some more.
